Good value for money and really good location. I liked how in the reception there was a social hub for people to eat their own dinner, play games etc.

Room was extremely small and bathroom even smaller. Bathroom was also quite old and the ventilation was poor.

I expected better service from an IHG hotel. Overall vibe was off from staff and the only amenities they offer are in their lobby. That being said, it is fine for the price. If traveling on a tight budget this may be adequate for someone

The room was a bit dusty

The location is strategic - within a reasonable walking distance to surrounding (convenient stores, amenities, shops, metro stations and etc). Room size is expected small (as described), however some thoughtful settings such as the space under the bed which is super useful to keep the luggages so the space usage is maximised. The common lounge provides free coffee machine and hot/cold/carbonised water with dining and resting area. Overall the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would want to give them a big thumb-up!

Fantastic location! Being at the nexus of three metro lines made getting around incredibly easy. While the staff were helpful, a warmer demeanor would have enhanced the experience.

The room was quite small, and we encountered a few maintenance issues. For example, the USB charging slot was broken, and several power outlets weren't working.

Location is good. We can walk through the shopping street easily and also aesy to access subway station. Room and facilities are good. Although there's no convenient store near the hotel, but they provide free coffee/tea, hot water. Other drinks and instant noodle can be purchased at the lobby too.

The room is a bit tight for 2 persons, but managable.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Osaka without being in a "crowded" area. Helpful staff. Rooms decently sized for the city centre. Large and modern common area for work or socialising.

Room a little dated. Hotel on the expensive side for what it was but I did book in peak time.

This hotel location, when searching Google, will tend to guide to another nearby branch. Be careful with the address.

staff service ( As foreigner, glad to speak English then staff can understand easily :D ). addition facility / service ( welcome drink ,free drinking water, coffee machine service at lobby and ice cube machine service )

in term of bed sizing. I think its fit only for 1 person , but seem like the room plan to sell for 2 person also. it looks to small for 2 person.

Comfortable, clean hotel/hostel in good location with friendly, helpful staff. Social area is very nicely decorated.

The location is great, and easy to use public transportation. The hotel is brand new and it feels clean, comfortable and functional.The hotel provides drinks in the lobby for guests, instead of in the room, which could be used while waiting to leave the hotel.It is good value for money even if the room size is not big, but it is quite common in Japan.

Big doubt: Is the service and quality really the IHG branch?

1. Unauthorized Handling of Our Luggage: Our luggage was moved without our permission and even placed on the bed. This is a serious violation of guest privacy and security. If hotel staff can freely move guests' belongings without consent, how can we ensure the safety of our personal property?2. Incomplete Housekeeping ： Our room has two beds, but only one bed was properly made , while the other remained messy. This level of housekeeping does not meet the standard expected from a hotel. 3. Refrigerator Power Shut Down for Two Consecutive Days On the first day, even after we reached the front desk directly to let them not close the power of the refrigerator.4. Front desk attitude for the escalation : “It’s customers’ own fault”On the check-out day(2025/3/18) even wasted us 15 mins for this for the conclusion of just customers’ fault.It was just a single case, how could we trust you again and how could we know whether the bed we took a rest was clean or pressed by suitcase by cleaning staff. For the attitude facing the escalation/complaint from customer, your staff just avoid responsibility instead of truly solving problems and digging the true pattern.

this is an exceptional hotel with exceptional people, immaculate cleanliness, location, and super affordable. Come run here. It’s the best deal in Japan. People is wonderful.

The location was great, subway station very close by to reach most of the tourist destinations, can walk to Dotonbori essentially. The room was very clean and nice, but small (which is common for Japan standards)

Some of the things in the room were not entirely thought through - if it's a double room, then why only one usb slot for charging? It was nice that downstairs was an area with free coffee and tea, but I still wouldn't mind having a water cooker in the room so I don't need to take an elevator every time I want to make some tea. Also, we talked to the staff and found out that they don't work with luggage forwarding, if that's important to anyone else. But it's mostly nitpicks, otherwise the hotel was really nice.

Location was great, just a short walk fromHommachi station. Room's nice and clean and they were very attentive to provide both soft and firm pillows.

Most of the staff are great and friendly, but there was one skinny lady with glasses that just didn't smile and gave off the vibe that we were being a nuisance when we asked for assistance. You're in hospitality, a smile's something free that you can actually provide :)

Artwork was interesting

Rooms were very small, and amenities (water, hot water) are downstairs in a shared room. Not unpleasant, but just unexpected.

Great location - staff really helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean. Loved the local artwork in the rooms.
